Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be in original packaging with all accessories included
• Order number or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, opened, or damaged products
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories
• Products purchased during flash sales or special promotions

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline
